On the soup bar is the soup of the day, cheese and crackers,
homemade bread, and hot cider, coffee, and hot cocoa. Award winning flower gardens offer a
peaceful setting in which to relax. They also offer suites and a separate Loft location for
guests to choose from. This lodge was originally a stage coach stop in the 1800’s and with
its burgundy and white accents, continues to welcome people from all over with its unparalleled
hospitality and excellent service. Located in downtown Frisco, on the corner of North and Main
Street, they are definitely worth visiting.
The Lodge at Carolina Pines
If you stay at The Lodge at Carolina Pines, you’ll feel as though you have completely escaped
the world. Huge pine trees seclude this magnificent lodge from the town of Dillon at a bit over
9000 feet elevation, and yet, you’re only minutes away from shopping, sailing, hiking, and bicycling,
not to mention only 10-15 minutes away from several ski resorts. Even though you are in the middle
of the wilderness, every possible amenity is provided for you.

contained in two floors of the lodge and each has its own charm and personality. All of the rooms
