You will find the prices are usually $65 to $90 per night depending on the time of year and style of room. The double room has a shared bathroom, and another double room has a private bath. The hotel is in an older farmhouse, making it a bed and breakfast style rather than hotel. The service is friendly and more like a family than an actual stay with strangers. They have a total of eight rooms with 3 having private bathrooms. The rooms are all fully furnished, however they do not have air conditioning or phones.

The hotel is wonderful for bird watchers or others who like to spend time out of doors exploring the land. The guest rooms are on the second floor of the old home and a considered relatively small. McCoy Creek Inn The McCoy Creek Inn is on the list of places to stay in Diamond OR because of its location to the town. It is with in the city limits on McCoy Creek Road. They offer a small inn with no more than six rooms, most sharing a bathroom. The Inn was built in 1898 and refurbished in 1986. They offer a wonderful service with meals for the day if you wish to partake. Otherwise you can head out around the town and find a few really good local restaurants. There is plenty of activity around the Inn including taking a drive out to the Steens Mountain and Malheur area. You will find plenty of hiking, skiing for winter, and other activities for the outdoor person. To book a stay at the hotel you will need to call them for availability. They do close during the winter season for a few weeks.
