First Trip To Gulf Shores And Florida Since I Was A Kid

2009 has been a great year for me!

I found a girlfriend. My business has been booming. I have met some great people at my speaking events and I got to go see the beach for the first time since I was a kid.

Growing up, we always went to Florida every year.We pretty much ended up in Destin, Florida. We discovered Destin after driving through Panama City beach during spring break one year.

I was just a small kid at the time and I can "still" remember seeing a woman take her clothes off and sit on the hood of the car while her friends where driving.Crazy!

It was packed so we decided to keep driving.That is how we found Destin.

We went every year up until we decided to put a swimming pool in. It was a pool or vacation. The pool won and we never went back.

My girlfriend and I went with her brother as well as his wife to Gulf Shores, Alabama back in May 2009. We stepped foot inside of Florida as we were on the border.

We all had the BEST time and there is no doubt we are going back next year for sure!

The beach was amazing and I "kind of" figured out how to use one of those belly boards. :-)
